Celebrating 40 years of establishment and 5 years of development in Vietnam, Advantech Vietnam organized a technology festival event, introducing smart technology applications in production and business operation in Vietnam. Advantech Solution Day “The Future of Smart City & Smart Manufacturing in the AIoT Era” is the largest activity of Advantech Vietnam in 2023, held at Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel on March 31st, including two sessions morning – afternoon.
The event attracted more than 300 audiences and 25 international experts and speakers in different fields of science & technology. Besides, there is also the presence of strategic partners such as Intel Vietnam, MDC, HwaCom, and VinBigData along with representatives of top educational organizations on high technology like Vietnamese – German University, PHENIKAA Institute of Research and Technology, etc.
Digital transformation – key strategy of the business

However, we can see that the application of these technologies and the process of digital transformation is quite slow and has many limitations.” Mr. Hau emphasized “Technology and specific application problems are always quite far away and need a lot of time to be able to put the technologies into practice on a large scale. With the establishment of a business in Vietnam, Advantech “receives” the role of a companion to bring Vietnamese businesses closer to the latest technology solutions, building an innovation ecosystem and contributing to the development of Vietnamese enterprises into the digital transformation process in Vietnam”.
Delegation guests experience solutions in the smart healthcare sector
At this event, MDC also participated in the “co-creation” program in the smart healthcare sector. Smart healthcare solutions were introduced at the event as a demonstration of working together to develop a sustainable and innovative smart healthcare community.
Also in this event, participants will have the opportunity to experience Advantech’s new IoT technologies in a number of sectors such as smart manufacturing, smart energy monitoring, applications in smart cities and smart healthcare.
The event was held on one day with a morning session including presentations on digital transformation trends and the development of AIoT. The afternoon session will cover 2 topics on smart manufacturing and smart city applications, held in two separate conference halls.
